Abhishek Jha
Co-founder
An experienced software engineer, Abhishek worked in London with Meta's AI team. In 2024 he moved to India to build a robotics and industrial-automation company, and quickly saw how slow, fragmented R&D and manufacturing workflows were holding companies back. That insight led him to start Smady, with a vision to help next-generation manufacturers become data-driven, globally competitive businesses with the help of AI.
Dhanesh Arole
Co-founder
Dhanesh worked as an AI engineer on Meta's AI safety team in London and San Francisco. Building AI for enterprises taught him that the biggest barrier to adoption isn't the technology itself, but the last mile: tailoring AI systems to an organisation's internal context, processes, and ways of working. His goal is to help organisations close that gap and turn AI investment into measurable ROI.
